Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. Often as a result, we develop protective defenses that inhibit the process of grief and healing and we build masks to wear in order to protect us from pain. Yet, wearing this mask becomes quite exahasuting. We all deserve space in our lives to be accepted and free of this. I will support you in finding that courage.
You don't always have to start again on Monday. We can work together to find space for compromise in your life or space to get to know those two opposing forces that can't seem to agree. By starting to develop a better understanding of your internal feelings and belief system, you can start to choose how you would like balance to show up in your life and start experiencing harmony.
