Rates & Coverage Information

Typically, individual counselling sessions last for approximately 50 minutes. However, I am open to discussing alternative session lengths prior to beginning therapy. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or individual preferences regarding the duration of the sessions.

It is important to mention that many extended healthcare plans provide coverage for some or all of the counselling fees when working with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Please kindly confirm with your healthcare provider to determine if you are eligible for coverage. I do not provide direct billing and you will receive a receipt with a RCC # that can be used to file a claim and receive reimbursement for the fees. At this time, I do not accept ICBC or WorkSafeBC claims, although your expenses could be eligible for the Medical Expense Tax Credit (please keep receipts).

I offer services to those who have been in motor vehicle accidents. Coping with an accident can be extremely challenging. If you are connected with ICBC you are eligible for 12 pre-approved counselling sessions provided that they are utilized within 12 weeks following the incident. Approval from your recovery specialist must be obtained before scheduling. Please ensure to have your claim number, the date of the accident, and the recovery specialist's name prior to appointment.

I request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. The full session fee will be charged for sessions without notice.
